            “Blue Sky” Report – used primarily for selection and team-building

Includes: 

  • Selection-oriented report to help the doctor make an informed decision when hiring a new staff member
  • Up to 20 minutes of telephone feedback with a member of Blue SCI Resources professional staff

“Blue Sky PLUS” Report – used primarily for selection and team-building

Includes: 

  • Selection-oriented report to help the doctor make an informed decision when hiring a new staff member
  • Feedback report for the candidate written in more supportive language than the selection report
  • Up to 20 minutes of telephone feedback with a member of Blue SCI Resources professional staff

Cost: $285*

*Doctors interested in team profiling may order five or more profiles at the same time for $228 each - a savings of 20%!        

 

Supplemental Reports Available

Comparison Report

  • Compares two employees who have previously taken the Blue SCI profile across all competencies measured
  • This report is useful for two purposes:
    • Quickly and easily compare two candidates applying for the current position
    • Can compare the competencies of the current applicant to those of the previous employee who has completed the Blue SCI profile

Cost: $40

Interaction Report

  • Graphically compares the profile characteristics of two individuals who will be working together in the future once both have completed the Blue SCI Inventory
  • Identifies possible compatibilities and imcompatibilities between team members and/or doctors in the practice

Cost: $95

 

            “Silver Sky” Report – used primarily for developmental coaching of doctors or senior practice administrators

Includes:

  • Extended report with additional competencies
  • Practice exercises, reading assignments, other developmental suggestions
  • Initial 1-hour feedback via telephone. 

Cost: $ 550.

“Gold Sky” Report – used for associateship selection and partnership formation

Includes: 

  • “Blue Sky” report for two doctors
  • Interaction Profile
  • Written executive report addressing compatibility issues
