            The SKY PROFILE is a resource for dentists who are dedicated to building a more productive and personally satisfying practice.  The SKY PROFILE is based on a unique application of one of the world’s most widely researched and used instruments for measuring the personal characteristics of “normal people.”   The SKY PROFILE  measures sixteen different dimensions of personality style which identify the individual’s strengths in the critical behavioral, cognitive, and work-style competencies required for success in a given position.
