The Method
Administration of the SCI Questionnaire is done on-line via the World Wide Web, usually at the doctor’s office, offering convenience and rapid report generation. The doctor requesting a profiling simply provides our office with some information about the candidate and the position, and within a few minutes, the candidate is able to begin the process of responding to the questionnaire. About an hour of the candidate’s time is required.
A unique feature of the SKY PROFILE when used for selection is that two reports are generated – a Selection Report for the hiring doctor, focused on candidate suitability including suggestions for effective interviewing regarding important issues identified. The second report, the Feedback Report, is suitable for the candidate and is written in more supportive language focusing upon strengths and developmental suggestions. The reports are sent to the doctor’s office via e-mail shortly after the candidate completes the profile questionnaire. Although the report is designed to be self-interpreting, up to 20 minutes of telephone feedback is available at no additional cost when requested by the hiring doctor.
